FAQ

    How about an Android version?

    No, sorry.

  • And iPad?

Maybe. I started out making a universal app but didn't know what to do with all the real estate. Locate! is also supposed to be used during hiking or orienteering, which seems a silly thing to take an iPad to.

  • How do I send you my crash logs?

iTunes automatically syncs them to your computer when you sync. You can find them here:

    • Mac OS X: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>
    • Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<DEVICE_NAME>
    • Windows Vista or 7: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<DEVICE_NAME>

Just email me the "Locate<somethingsomething>.crash" files, and I will hopefully be able to fix the crash! Thanks!!

Team

Locate! has been developed by one guy who wanted to play with Apple's CoreLocation API and build something useful for hiking around the mountains. This is the result.
